This
is the old Revell Intruder, still has 1988 stamped of the bottom. It's OOB
except for one resin intake. A kit I built a couple years back came with
two port covers and zero starboard. Therefore, I had this one sitting
collecting dust.

The
best part of this kit is the Fightertown decals which allow me to build a
desert storm VA-65 Tiger (cupcake) in the experimental desert scheme.
There were a couple airframes from both CVW-8 Intruder squadrons that used
these colours. Look for the other one in 1/48 in the future as
Fightertowns decals included those decals as well. In fact its one of my
favourite sheets ever as you can do a BUNCH of CVW-8 airframes from this
sheet. It is still available from Fightertown as 48-57.

In
the background of a couple are past builds. The 48 scale model is using the same
Fightertown sheet. The little guy is going to the boneyard in the sky.
