This PT-17 Stearman is the Lindberg model in 1/48 scale.  It has been one of the models that I ever wished to build and here are some pics of it.  The hardest part of the building process was to join the wings to the fuselage, because I had to glue the upper part to the down part and then join them to the fuselage.

It’s a very simple model, and doesn’t have many parts.  The wings wiring was made of metal wire included with the kit (similar to guitar strings) It was another delicate aspect on the process.
